Systems Manager, Marketing

Under the direction of the Director of Database Marketing, the Marketing Systems Manager is responsible for the systems, tools and processes that facilitate database marketing objectives for our high performance and fast paced marketing team. The leadership of the Marketing Systems Manager will focus on the effectiveness of technology in growing and nurturing our database.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serves as the business lead for initiatives and systems in the areas of technology, platform optimization, data management, governance and quality.
Coaches and mentors the systems operations team with immediate supervision of the Database Marketing Supervisor to ensure that systems are being used properly and optimized for the guest facing operation teams.
Responsible for the successful loading of all Database Marketing offers in guest facing systems like the kiosk and online portal.
Works with the database marketing team to refine and optimize existing programs to generate greater revenue.
Collaborates with the IT department to provide and prioritize business requirements to increase the effectiveness of demand generation and loyalty.
Discovers and prototypes new ways to improve processes and increase revenue through the use of technology.
Manages the integration of all source systems into the data warehouse so that our analysts can access and understand the data as they seek to deliver reports, analysis and dashboards to the organization.
Sets standards for and measure data quality in terms of both input and output to ensure that business users have access to high-value and high-quality data.
Maximizes the relationships with internal and external partners providing technology and consulting services.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field required.
Minimum (1) year experience in managing the integration of marketing application software across an organization's marketing technology landscape.
Minimum (2) years' experience in with CRM, campaign management and/or marketing automation systems.
Minimum (1) year experience in developing, implementing or measuring digital marketing initiatives, leveraging tools like Google Analytics.
Must be able to work in fast paced, high performance environment with tight deadlines.
Must possess strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical resources.
Proficient in Microsoft applications, with advanced proficiency with Excel.
Experience in a SQL, SAS or other scripting language preferred.
Project Management experience preferred.
Gaming system experience preferred.
Certificates/Licenses/Registrations
At the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
A qualified candidate/employee must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by the company's insurance carrier.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
