Our Guest Services department strives to create and maintain a phenomenal guest experience through the consistent delivery of exceptional quality service.
The Asian Executive Host is responsible for generating an acceptable margin of gaming revenue by developing and servicing relationships with existing and potential target players. The Asian Executive Host will interact on a frequent basis with high-limit slot and table games players through player tracking on the casino floor. Through player recruitment and retention strategies, the Asian Executive Host will be accountable for meeting and exceeding department production objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Actively seek out, build and establish relationships with target players using contact strategies such as telesales and email/mail campaigns.
Establish, coordinate, and lead both on and off-site events for high limit players, including providing concierge services; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain thorough knowledge of monthly promotions to ensure guests are made aware of upcoming events.
Achieve and surpass predetermined goals set by Management for enrollment of new Club Serrano members.
Review and evaluate customer play to provide complimentary items to high limit players in accordance with established guidelines (i.e. State, Tribal and Local regulations).
Enforce policies in all areas of gaming to targeted guests through effective and thorough directives.
Handle and resolve any player issues in a calm, professional and prudent manner, while preserving the goodwill of all guests.
Capture and evaluate competitor information and provide feedback to the appropriate department.
Other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
One (1) or more years of experience in gaming, marketing or other type of account management environment required (luxury service experience preferred).
One (1) or more year's proven experience in a telesales environment beneficial.
One (1) or more year's high volume cash handling experience advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as well as either Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin or Vietnamese is required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook is vital.
Must possess a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record as determined by the company's insurance carrier.
Must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation to obtain and maintain a Class "A" Gaming license issued by the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
