Wireless Network Administrator

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, the Wireless Network Administrator?s role is to administer all aspects of the wireless networks at and between multiple locations ? this includes, but is not limited to installation, testing, monitoring, surveying, troubleshooting and system implementation duties. ???Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProactively monitor wireless network infrastructure to prevent customer impacting events.Analyze, isolate and remediate wireless network infrastructure issues.Optimize existing wireless networks by adjusting parameters and making recommendations for improvements.Configure, install, test and troubleshoot centralized network infrastructure such as switches, controllers, etc.Create manuals and support documentation.Perform other duties as assigned.Education/Experience/QualificationsBachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, preferably with an emphasis in Information Technology Wireless Networking.Must possess two (2) years of overall data network experience.Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor?s Degree.Hands-on experience administering Aruba/HPE campus access points, Instant access points, mesh access points and controllers is required.Hands- on experience administering Aruba Networks Management products such as Clearpass and Airwave is preferred.Experience administering wired and wireless Guest networks required.Practical hands-on experience of IP protocols, firewalls, controller based wireless networks, switches and routers required.Practical experience of High Density wireless network implementation and management.Experience completing indoor/outdoor wireless surveys, implementations and support is preferredWorking knowledge of IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac standards required.Working knowledge of IEEE 802.1x, MAB preferred.Working knowledge of layer 1, layer 2 and layer 3 networks required.Experience with Aruba Beacons/Meridian preferred.Working knowledge of wireless VoIP, and various wireless QoS services is required.Experience utilizing Eckahau Site Survey software and tools is preferred.Experience with long range PtP wireless equipment installation and configuration is preferred.Experience with boom truck, scissor lift, and other man lift equipment is preferred.Experience with cellular spectrum analysis or DAS equipment administration is desirable.?Certificates/Licenses/RegistrationsAt the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission you may be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license.CCNP CWNA, Wireless Certification required.ACMA, ACMP, ACMX Certifications preferred.CCENT, CCNA, or CWENT certification desirable.Eckahau Site Survey Certification desirableUBNT Certification is desirableSan Manuel Band of Mission Indians and San Manuel Casino will make reasonable accommodations in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. - provided by Dice

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
