Job responsibilities –Assist with scheduling appointments for homeowners, data entry, research cost of materials needed for individual jobs, invoicing. This is all done long distance using QuickBooks Software and Microsoft Office Professional.

Dates of employment – August 2013 – January 2014 (Temporary Employment)
Job responsibilities – Operated forklift, drove water trucks, loaded and unloaded incoming trucks, maintained inventory, stocked storage bays daily, ordered supplies, processed daily work sheets and other duties as assigned.

Chili’s Bar and Grill Restaurant – Server, San Bernardino, CA.

Job responsibilities – Greet customers, take food and beverage orders, treat customers respectfully, accommodate special needs/requests, remain attentive to the customers throughout their entire dining experience, maintain restocking and cleaning of service area, memorize menu items and daily specials in order to answer all customer questions and make recommendations, check out customers and make sure they were charged correctly, enter totals into cash register, work closely with other team members to achieve restaurant monthly goals, attend and participate in staff meetings to enhance communications and gain knowledge of new products, always provide excellent customer service at all times.
